Attention all travelling tourists! Stay away from this hotel, do not say I did not warn you! 1. Filthy carpets! 2. Rooms have a shocking view unless you are facing taxim square and higher than the first level. 3. There is a persistent odour! 4. The breakfast is a joke! 5. Reception need to catch a wake up! The customer is king! always! Taxing Hill Hotel, catch a wake up or close down this establishment!

It has an amazing location and view, we booked for one day, and it was a wonderful stay. The room was spacious and had a balcony, where we enjoyed our evening coffee with taksim Square view, Breakfast was delicious and yummy, they have a kitchen on the top floor so from the breakfast table you can enjoy sea view and city view, which is outstanding. Only the issue we face for the Internet is very slow, Will recommend you.

The location is great, the city view is amazing on taksim Square and it is near to the metro station. The staff is great, especially the receptionist n *Cam* It is recommended (with the city view) They might need to replace the ground with light color and clean rugs. It is recommended

I am writing this rivew to express my extreme disappointment and dissatisfaction with the recent experience I had at Taxim Hills Hotel. I regret to inform you that it was, by far, the worst hotel experience I have ever encountered. To start, the cleanliness of the hotel was severely lacking. The rooms were filthy and unkempt, with dirty linens and beds that had not seen fresh sheets in quite some time. Additionally, the hotel itself had a repulsive odor of fungus permeating throughout the entire building, which was highly unpleasant and unacceptable. Moreover, the air conditioning system in my room and in the whole hotel did not work for a shocking six days. This issue significantly impacted my comfort during my stay, and despite my repeated complaints to the staff, no efforts were made to rectify the situation promptly. It is highly disappointing to have paid for a service that was not provided adequately. Speaking of the staff, I must mention the disappointingly poor service and overall attitude displayed by the employees. Their lack of professionalism and unwillingness to address my concerns only exacerbated my dissatisfaction. It is evident that the hotel lacks proper management, as I felt my concerns were ignored and my overall experience was disregarded. Furthermore, the breakfast provided at this hotel was undoubtedly the worst I have ever encountered. The quality and variety were subpar, to say the least. After experiencing it once, I made a firm decision to avoid it for the rest of my stay. I find it unacceptable to charge such high prices for an inadequate breakfast experience. Considering the aforementioned reasons, I strongly discourage anyone from booking a stay at Taxim Hills Hotel. The state of cleanliness, the non-functioning air conditioning system, the unprofessional staff, and the abysmal breakfast experience all contribute to an overall deeply unsatisfactory stay. It is my sincere hope that you take this complaint seriously, as improvements must be made to even consider restoring the hotel's reputation and credibility.
