Both my husband and I did not like this hotel. Our room did not have a city view as requested but faced a brick wall. On arrival we were asked to give them our passports, they were the only hotel in Vietnam to request this. When I said they could have a copy of the passport they said they had to keep them till checkout, we had no choice but to give them our passports. Breakfast was terrible, tables were not cleaned after guests left and floor had not been swept, there were ants on the benches. We could not eat breakfast at the hotel. Hotel staff spoke limited English. On the day of checkout They sent a taxi driver to knock on our door at 5am. When our flight was leaving at 2.40pm. We had to go to reception to sort this out. I feel they could have phoned our room to let us know rather than have him come to our room and bang on the door. After much arguing we agreed to go to the airport as they said our flight had changed. We quickly packed, went to reception and I requested our passports, but he refused until we settled the account. Our rooms were booked and paid for months prior. Again after much arguing and a language barrier he agreed to give us our passports and took copies of booking correspondence that I had. Poor customer service at this hotel. After arriving at the airport we were told we were early and our flight was indeed leaving at 2.40pm. I don’t recommend this hotel to anyone travelling to Denang

Asked the reception for the Key and he wasnt anwsering. Actually He was very rude and told me Not to bother him.Even tried to speak in Vietnamese but in the end He was Just a stupid one. Tricky people and If Not very unfriendly. The owner of this hotel dont know how to treat guests thats what His worker are emitting. They should at least Listen and try to be better Host. Never buy your rooms at travel agency!!! Most likely the Worse for the Money.

Good location, hotel itself is just ok. We stayed in room 507 and the door lock didn't work well, then we changed to room 1203 and there's no hot water 2 days in a row. Room is loud so you can hear the constructions all around, even on the highest floor (12F). Breakfast starts from 6:30-9:30, kinda too early.
