It was nice hotel and really close to central station Milan . The receptionist Kinda was so kind with us. She was talking perfect English also she recommended to us many activities and restaurants which can visit. She is kind,polite, her customer service really good, and she is always with smile. The hotel was good and cheap. I can just suggest to have more options for breakfast. The service in the room was good. It was really clean and tidy.

Nice cozy rooms. The front desk person was very good. The location is definitely not very close to the Milan terminal station like the other reviews said. It's at least 10-15 minutes walk and will need a cab if you have big luggage. And for the price, I will definitely go again for my next bed and breakfast trip.

Due to me having asthma, the first thing I do in every room is check for dust. The room is dusty, above the bed, the mirrors and on top of the wardrobe. The shower very uncomfortable 😣 mold allover the wall . Most of the outlets in the room do not work. the elevator takes forever,🤦🏾‍♀️I am giving 2 stars because of the staff was very welcoming and helpful. I got to the hotel before my check-in so I asked and they held my luggage until me room was available. (Grateful 😇). The bed was well laid made but bedsheet was not very clean,I think their prices is very crazy for rooms like this .

Price Performance is a great place to stay… Stayed there as a last minute emergency, the hosts were incredibly helpful and happy to serve…. Don’t expect a 5stars hotel but it is clean, the bathroom and shower are clean and great water pressure from the shower. It’s a bit loud, since it’s surrounded by residential buildings, but is just next to the station, about 100m from a supermarket. Wifi is good and fast. Price Performance hard to find something better.

My one-night stay here turned out to be an incredibly unpleasant experience. Upon entering the room, we were immediately greeted by the overpowering smell of cigarette smoke, even though smoking shouldn't have been allowed in the room. The room itself appeared quite dirty, and the bathroom was not only moldy but also emitted an unpleasant odor of urine. To make matters worse, the sheets had such a strong bleach smell that it made it difficult to sleep comfortably. There was a distinct lack of taste in both the room's design and its overall condition. The only redeeming quality was its convenient location. Regrettably, I would not consider returning to this establishment.
