Terry's Royal Palms Condo

Old place, smells of cigarettes because most people that live there smoke and go outside the halls to smoke. Elevator is constantly broken. The pool never works. Stairs smell like pee all the time. Dog owner's take out their dogs and don't clean after them. Association is expensive and they never do any maintenance or anything around. Trees are constantly dropping some type of substance that stains your car, you'll have to pay extra at the car wash to have it removed. The trash would overflows, garbage every where, you are also not allowed to throw away boxes through the trash. It's an old building, so bugs are a problem. Poor security, or more like no security at all. The doors to the staircases always are open, anyone can come inside the building at any time through those doors. The gate at the entrance is always open, anyone can come inside at any time. Washer and dryer machines are always broken. You'll find yourself having to put bug traps on the regular. Windows have filtration every time it rains. In conclusion this is not a good place. I lived there temporarily because the rent was rather cheap, but once the rent went up so high is not worth it, or even fair to the renters.

Pretty good place would not recommend as a place to live if you like having a lot of space but it's cozy and I haven't had any bug problems ever since we moved in
