They were very friendly and helpful. The rooms were clean. a few steps to the beach, and definitely worth the money.

Loved this place! Very beautiful space with a great big garden, lovely pool and really spacious rooms where space is rightfully utulized. Extra friendly staff, made us feel like home and 2 very cute dogs that will come begging for food 😀 Great location right on the other side of the beach and easy spot to catch tuktuks if you want to get somewhere else. One disadvantage is you can hear people speaking in their rooms as walls are thin. We moved to another city and sadly the place we stayed in wasnt up to standards so we came back to Thambili and the guys gave us a room for a few hours even after checkout as they were so welcoming and positive towards us, we really felt like home.

We had to cancel our reservation as my wife got sick, the owner was very very friendly in the communication and didn't charge us anything. I'm sure there are other places that have made profit out of our situation. People with such a heart will definitely be perfect hosts.

The place is right next to the beach! The property has many different types of trees and flowers, full of greenery. It also has a pool inside, which was pretty clean. It is mostly calm and quiet except the fact that there is a train track behind and occasionally, a train passes by, but it is not too loud. The caretaker person was available 24x7 and catered to our needs promptly. Another staff member helped us book some sightseeing options along with transport. The property also has a platform for practicing Yoga. There is no provision for food inside the property, but they have an excellent cafe across the street with is owned by the same family. The room was very spacious and the view from the balcony was beautiful. Also, the property has two dogs. They are cute and friendly (eventually)!

Thambili Cabanas is a mini oasis tucked inside paradise. The gardens are so well kept and create such a relaxing ambiance. Just a short jaunt across the street and you are the beach! A 5 min walk or 2 min tuk tuk ride and you are right in the action. The hosts were so friendly, helpful and honestly just great! Everything was nice and clean, the rooms were so comfortable and the pool area was the ultimate for relaxing after a night of dancing :). We will definitely be back and highly recommend!
