I’ve been here many times , in previous time I believed there is a good place for customer but I found they get poor quality in recently 1.the floor in room was unflat even stick up 2.the air condition was not enough cool , when I opened the cover , the filter full of the dust 3.toilet seat was broken but just use wire to fix not change new one Just want remind the owner & worker to inspect some basic hardware is available or not, and keep it workable and clean

I recently stayed at Thao Trang Laluxe Hotel in SaiGon for a business trip and I was thoroughly impressed with my experience. The hotel's location in the heart of Phu My Hung was perfect for my needs, with easy access to all the places I needed to go. The room was impeccably clean and comfortable, providing a peaceful haven after a long day of meetings. Rooms are sort of run down. It’s not like the photos in other posts. The reception area is small, hallways are hot, and the rooms smell moldy and dirty. Furniture and walls look worn and the rooms feel sterile. It’s not worth the price. Paid about $42 USD for 1 night.
