Good location but timeshare units are extremely filthy and are not maintained. Cockroaches galore in the kitchen and under the sink. My unit's shower had close to zero water pressure (they provided a bucket with a tabo scoop). Toilet did not flush. AC works in the bedroom but the one in the living room does not. Reported it to management but they never attempted to resolve the situation. Front desk and security personnel are friendly and helpful.

Not in a great location. While Helen was very helpful and tried to be accommodating, we were not impressed with the hotel/resort. If you are booking through RCI/Bluegreen, it is not up to usual standards.

It was a relaxing and enjoyable long weekend spent with family at a very affordable price. The two bedroom suite with kitchenette is big enough to do anything we want. It is good to have a hair dryer in the bathroom. The only thing I noticed are the towels although they were fresh ones they look so old with their "dirty"white color, like they have been there for years. I guess it's about time to replace your towels with a new batch.. The place is accessible to all...church, malls, bars, restaurants,supermarkets etc. Overall we enjoyed our stay in your hotel.

The hotel facilities are well maintained, we availed the 2 room suite, it is spacious for a very affordable price. Everything is good for us except for the smell of the corridor and the room, it smells like old condominium. Maybe because the building is quite old as well and all most of the furniture are wood, but I hope you'll have air freshener all over the bldg. If so we'll rate your hotel as very good. I hope you do something with the smell it ruins the well maintained facilities.
