Very satisfying service. I was on my way home from out of town, and remembered I left my stuff (electronics) in the room. The officer especially HK and front officer, was very helpful in storing my goods and handing them over to the courier who picked them up. Very trustworthy and discreet.. good job👍🏼👍🏼

Old hotel, some hotel rooms have been renovated. I stayed at 5th floor (room 521) which is good. The breakfast is just ok. The hotel location is great. Near to RS St Carolus just 850m distance. They have no lift access to the basement parking - but we need to use stairs... Suggest to use the parking area near to Ballroom. Wifi Internet speed is very slow. There is refrigerator in the room.

Price: 600K comparable to asthon Food: a lot but not good Service: stingy. For hotel with 600K rate, no tissue available in the room. No comb in the room, all that should be asked to have them, I consider it as bad Parking: a lot
