Hotel stuff unfriendly no water kettle in the room no gym and nothing. No stuff is speaking English at 8.00 in the morning no one at the reseption. Last time I'm coming here can find many hotels for the same price with mich better condition then here

This is the second time we stay here, each time 3 nights. First time we had a Superior Room which was okay for the 800B / night but not more. Now we booked the Suite with 1 sleeping room on the 8th floor. Really nice and spacious, internet very fast and a good view over the area! Recommend, will book again. It is not a 5 star hotel (I don't need) but for 1700B more than I expected. Thumps up

I reviewed this place before however its not what it once was. I had been staying here for approximately 50 nights over a 12 month period I've had reservations not recorded properly, then, on arrival, was told no rooms available for me or the children. Rooms have become grubby looking and the water pressure is very low Lack of English is also a problem, when it suits them.

Rooms are much smaller and different than advertised, cheap and shabby. Very different from the photos. Deceiving. Walls are thin, you hear everything the neighbors say. Nothing is cleaned properly, you sometimes don't want to sit or touch things. A massive ant street was crossing our room and those ants were everywhere. The bed is old, you can feel the springs, back hurts after the night. Shower pressure is good but the shower head is fixed to the wall. Bathroom is tiny without any amenities. Towels are old and with holes. Same goes for the bedsheets, old and with holes. Noise level from the street is overall ok but can get loud at times. The Aircon is a bit loud but works well. The staff is unbelievable unfriendly to say the least. I can't remember having a bad experience with the staff on this level. They charge 500 THB deposit, which is unacceptable for this dumb. Parking is horrible. Location is not bad. Overall this hotel can't be recommended. The area has a lot more hotels to offer.
