We stayed here for 5 days and were very close to the old town. Staffs are helpful, clean and good for budget staying. The hotel looks modern, wall not sound proofs so but not too noisy anyway. Only the coffee take very long to prepare coffee but might be separate business.

The hotel is in a great location, near the bus station and a 10 minute walk from the famous night Market The staff were super friendly and helped me get booked onto a Island Hopping tour for cheaper than advertised on the Internet when I had searched. The hotel is great, very stylish, not very social so if you want a party hostel this isn't it, it's very relaxed and peaceful. I stayed in a female dorm and it was great, clean, felt safe, each of us has a locker for storage - remember to bring a lock. The beds were very comfortable and decent size. There's a common area with sofas, some kitchen appliances including chilled water fountain and toaster and a fridge to store any food. The ramen bar does the best ramen I had the whole trip. Really delicious and there's a bubble tea bar too, also great! My only gripe was the toilet/shower facilities could do with more cleaning. Some of the toilets were out of use and locks broken and I felt the showers weren't hot enough, and shower gel/shampoos weren't topped up and shower cubicles could do with more regular cleaning

Really satisfied with our stay! We had a spacious double room, the staff was very kind and helpful, and we were on a walking distance from the Old town. Great value for your money.

This is easily one of the best hotels I've stayed at in Thailand. Honestly the most friendliest front desk and housekeeping staff you'll ever meet! The dorm is spacious with comfortable beds, towels, lockers and air conditioning. The bathroom is big with with ample toilet stalls, basins and showers. As a remote worker, the common area was the absolute best. With a nice table, free tea/coffee & cookies, fridge, microwave and air conditioning, my long hours of studying and working were made so comfortable and convenient. This hotel is super clean and well maintained. You should definitely try the Aogami restaurant downstairs, the best ramen and teba saki I've had. The hotel is a walking distance from 7-Eleven and the gym (Club Asia Fitness) and for less than 60 THB, you can get a grab bike to Central Phuket Festival Mall. There's a balcony with benches and clothes drying racks. Thank you to the Arbern staff for making my 23 night stay so comfortable and memorable. I felt at home. See you next time when I'm back in Thailand!

Warm welcoming by front desk concierge young handsome boy when arrive hotel in 07/02 at noon time , especially another good hospitality concierge sweetie lovely call Bum , both are very detailing explaining itinerary to us and guiding us the route. Bum the even suggested my wife to the place she wonder to visit , we both feel very touchy by her warm and good hearted hospitality. Five STARS to both Bum and the handsome boy sorry forget his name , you both are GREAT. Even the hotel facilities are great too ........Keep It Up
