We came here for the candlelight show which was absolutely amazing. Gorgeous facility. The detail of the rooms were incredible. Only complaint was the bar. Very slow service. When having an event, I would have thought there would be more than 1 line at the bar to order a drink. Took half hour in line. Not to mention, there was no signage of the event being upstairs nor there being a bar upstairs. But still, lovely place.

Loved this hotel. The staff was top tier! Very friendly, helpful, and ALWAYS smiling. The room and atmosphere was so fancy and just a whole wow factor for this small town girl. The one bummer though, was the breakfast. It didn't look anything like the photos, and the taste...well that was not that great either. With how nice the hotel is, their breakfast buffet was not up to par. Otherwise, I loved this hotel and will definitely recommend it! The staff, with how friendly they were, definitely made it a great experience compared to other hotels I stay in.

Love the Arctic Club! I’ll keep coming back when I come for work. The service is amazing, friendly and top notch. The rooms are clean and elegant. The free breakfast, where on Gods green earth do you get the blueberry muffins???????? They were so good. The fresh blueberries, raspberries and strawberries with granola was great too. So nice that it’s not just the typical bagged eggs and meat you see so many other places. Sit down in the lobby - someone is guaranteed to bring you a glass of ice water with a smile. Respond to their texts with whatever needs you have and they’re on it! I loved this feature/service, made it really nice when I needed something and they responded Johnny-on-the-spot. This arctic club is nice to come back to after work where you’re greeted with a smile and genuine conversation. Well done guys, keep it up.

Beautiful old hotel with interesting history as part of Seattle’s ties to Alaskan gold rush. The rooms are well appointed and very comfortable. Staff are friendly and helpful. Very nice buffet breakfast included and much higher quality than most “free” breakfasts. Easy access to light rail and short walk to Pike Place Market and waterfront. Don’t miss the Doom Room!
