Love this hotel! It’s nice and fancy, and of course very comfortable. The beds are soft, and the bathroom is pretty nice. It’s just big enough. The TV’s work well. Something minor I would like to say is the amount of moths in the bathroom. There’s at least 3 every corner and sometimes on the sides. It’s not much of a bother though, and this is probably common in Vietnam, so I just kept with 5-star rating.

Power failures a few times during our 3 nites stay. Address not updated on Googlemap and our Grab drivers ended up on the wrong locations and were unhappy with us.

Bathroom smelt like sewage; construction jack hammering in next room every morning at 7am. On the bright side, the location was great, the bed was comfortable and the linens were clean. The south facing room would get quite hot, particularly with no air conditioning. Shower was poor - either too hot or too cold so couldn't find comfortable temperature to wash.
