Modern. Clean. A comfortable apartment with a good balcony and a good view. Equipped with Kitchen items. Awesome shower. Near the center of Athens. Super close to the metro station and the tram. With stores, restaurants and cafes all around. The service is remote and it's good. No service needed. We were here with 2 kids and it's ok, but it's actually awesome for 1-2 people. This apartment makes me want to stay much longer.

We stayed at the Athenians Art apartments on the 7th floor (the Athenians Modern apartments are on the 8th floor) for only one night but we would definitely stay again during a future visit! We were given a code for the door downstairs and put our luggage in large safe lockers where we kept the key. Andreas from the reception sent us a message as soon as our rooms were ready, which was earlier than 3pm and we appreciated it. The rooms were very clean, they have all amenities but I especially enjoyed the large shower and the very comfortable bed! They must have sound proofing because we slept through the night without heating any noise. The room also has a Nespresso machine, with Nespresso capsules (and Nespresso mugs!). When we checked out the next day we were allowed to leave our bags in the lockers until late. In general, I cannot think of anything that was not excellent!

The Athenians Modern Appartement is truly a jewel in the center of Athens. Our unit had a direct view to the Acropolis. The unit had 6 places to sleep, a very clean and nice bathroom, kitchen with all necessary equipment like coffee machine, fridge, microwave etc. On the floor also there was a washing machine to share. As well a locker with key for the baggage was available. The location is near to Syntagma Square and station which makes it perfect to reach every point of Athens via bus or subway. A small bakery is in the bottom of the building and a small shop which also has open in the evening on the other side of the street. So all in one a secret tip for Athens travelers.

We were a party of 4 and stayed in a one bedroom apartment with a huge terrace. Very nicely renovated. Location is fantastic. 2 min from syntagma square, the nice park, and 5-10 min to plaka area. If you arrive early or check out late they have a very convenient area with lockers for your luggage. Reception service is limited (I think only around check in/ checkout times), but very friendly. The only negative I would say is that the sofa bed mattress wasn't very comfortable.

Superbly located within a two minute walk to Syntagma Square (so very convenient access to trains, taxis and trams) our apartment had a modern fit out including well stocked kitchenette (coffee, tea, milk, jams and necessary kitchen utensils), modern bathroom, very good mattresses (not too firm or too soft), frictionless building and room access (via pin pad), two Smart TVs, and great Wi-Fi (70-90Mbps). I believe there is a shared washing machine at the top of the hall way if you want to wash clothes, we only stayed one night so we didn’t use this facility but the option is there. The highlight for our family of four was a very spacious balcony area which contains outdoor seating and coffee table with an amazing view of the Acropolis (we were in the Athens style apartment, I assume not all of the apartments will have the same view). If you can get a good price, this place is highly recommended and ticks all the boxes for a couple or a family of three or four.
