Unacceptable service and treatment by the manager of the apartment. The company moved us to this apartment because their previous apartment did not have hot water. In this case, the navel of the lock was damaged, the key was left inside and we were locked out for hours, as a result of which we could not leave and lost our whole day. The people in charge did not answer the phones for a long time and the locksmith took €150 from us. Moreover, the apartment was dirty
