For the price, the room is extremely spacious and value for money. Check-in service was very prompt and the concierge is helpful. The only downside to Atrium Ratachada 13 is the noisy music from nearby properties, starting around 8am on a Saturday which kept me up. Late check out is also available at 100฿/hr, which can come in handy.

This hotel is very near to the Huai Khwang MRT, 7-11, Pharmacy and many eateries. There is a night market just nearby. (Huai Khwang Night Market)

We booked this place based on reviews and enjoyed it for almost a week. While the amenities are basic, for the price we were paying, it was justified. What we love most is the location - that it's close to the train station and 7 elevens are within short distance, plenty of hawkers or food stalls and even massage places. The light in our room is very dim, not sure if that was intentional. We usually shop and walk around for food, it was fun getting and trying all sorts of food especially at night when more vendors are selling. To escape from the heat, we'd just buy all our food and bring back to eat in our room. They do have a plate and bowl, yes singular, in our room. Fridge was a medium sized one which was great for storing fruits and cold drinks. Don't expect well paved roads though, this property is located just slightly off the main street and to get into this property is just a small street.

Pretty clean, nice looking lobby, hot water, decent size fridge, AC, very good towels. Beds are hard but I think that's how beds are over here. Surprisingly didn't affect my sleep at all. Nice closet as well. Bathroom faucet head is pretty bad, shoots the water very hard splashing all over you and the floor. Bathroom's door is in a pretty bad condition. They give you shampoo, bath soap, toothbrush and toothpaste. No key card for room's door, just for entry and rooms power and lights. Room's lighting is very dim, bathroom's even dimmer. Very close to MTR train station and there's a very big food and fruit market 2 blocks down. Two 7-11s, fruit and food vendors downstairs. Overall a pleasant stay in a decent location.
