Good hotel. Very clean. Loved the guy who checked me in and the lady who checked me out. They're lovely people that clearly like their jobs. You will not have a good view of any scenery out your window, just FYI. That big dude working there late night is a real jerk. Still consistent with previous reviews. Best to be avoided if you can. Otherwise pleasant stay.

My wife and I stayed here on a visit to Phoenix from New Mexico. At first I thought things were looking decent because we got the presidential room with the jacuzzi. The room was half way decent but had a bad echo and no ceiling lights. We could also hear every sound from above us and the hallway through the night. The worst part, however, is their strict adherence to their non-refundable policy. We had booked the hotel for two nights but some bad weather started rolling in through our route home and we had to leave a day early. They absolutely refused to work with us on getting a refund on our unused night. We called Expedia who called the hotel and tried to work with them to get us a refund and they still absolutely refused. So we ended up paying for a whole night we couldn’t use for reasons outside of our control. Considering the room was not even that great, the breakfast was a complete joke, and the service was TERRIBLE, I will not be staying here again and I would heavily recommend against this place.

What a gem! This hotel is in downtown Mesa with light rail station right in front of the building. Beautiful room, large TV and brand new climate control. Mattress was a little hard for my taste but not awful. Sparkling clean room, Large parking lot with plenty of space to park on property. Check out the pool and spa right back door!

We love staying at this hotel every time we come into town to visit family. I love how close it is to everything downtown. The Mesa Temple is right next door and I walked over several times to look at the Christmas lights. The rooms are very clean, and they stock you up with lots of towels! The breakfast is nothing fancy, but also very neat and clean. The staff is very friendly. Honestly my favorite place to stay in Mesa.
