Very friendly and helpful owner, he helped us to locate our missing luggage bag which we left behind at the airport. The apt unit is also very cosy and nice, with complete kitchen and washing machine/dryer. It's within walking distance to many attractions. Lawson is just across the road. Highly recommended

Extremely helpful manager who helped contacted the airport to find our missing bag and ensuring our safety as well as comfort throughout our stay The facilities are phenomenal - having a kitchen and laundry in the rooms

An extremely pleasant place to stay host by a very considerate owner. The apartment hotel is very tidy and clean as if it’s brand new. The building is equipped with advance technologies such as motion sensors, smart lights, smart locks, etc. Rooms are also equipped with washing machine, Japanese styled bathroom and washroom, and a kitchen with kitchen utensils for those who preferred to cook instead of eating out. The owner is very nice, friendly, and considerate. He would always try his best to help us and go out of his way to fulfill our requests. He also helped us get to our destinations and gave us suggestions on where to visit or what to eat. I highly recommend this place and would definitely come back again if I visit Sapporo again.

A very pleasant stay that surpassed our expectation - the room is spacious and clean with a modern touch, eg. smart TV, remote control lighting, lots of USB ports for charging electronic devices. Good location with a convenience store just a short stroll away. It's pretty much a self-contained apartment great for a family of 4 or a group of friends. The owner/manager was very hospitable and helpful too.

We stayed here as a party of 11 (booked 3 rooms) for 3 days and all of us left extremely satisfied with the service and amenities provided. The rooms are equipped with washing machine, stove, a nice balcony, bunk beds that are easy(and safe) to climb and other things you would expect from a hotel/apartment. Everything is extremely neat and tidy and the building is in a convenient location that is near the tourist attractions of sapporo by commute or walking distance. The owner is also very nice and friendly, making small talk with us and helping us find bus routes when we needed help. Overall, The Base Sapporo Susukino is a great stay for both small and large families. We had a very pleasant experience and I highly reccomend this place if you plan to visit Sapporo.
