Scam. It advertises itself as a hotel but its an STR (Short Term Rental) in a very busy apartment building, which I was not interested in booking, I wanted a hotel and chose it because it was advertised as such. I had to pay a huge security deposit (it was retutned). If you need parking - forget it. We paid an extra $30 to park one night, parked in the space they provided to us and we were towed. It was a $40 cab ride and $316 to get our car out of impound. Thier "customer service" said they would look in to it then just stopped responding when we reached out. Would not recommend, ever. There were missing baseboards, a cracked sink, a cracked toilet, missing blades on the vertical blinds. However, it was a nice view and centrally located.

Can I give negative stars? This company charged my credit card for over $500 without any prompt for why. They gave me a fake email address for their accounts payable department. I had to file a dispute with my bank and cancel my credit card. This is a scam! It looks too good to be true because it is! Do not book here. Spend the extra money on a legitimate hotel.

My wife and I stayed for one night to see a Blue Jays game. The view was absolutely amazing. Check in was easy. We had a wonderful night. The room had a balcony overlooking CN tower and Lake Ontario. Close to everything one would need. A few broken mirrors and blinds but had everything one would need. We would definitely stay here again. Price was reasonable compared to others

Pretty terrible. Here’s what happened: 1. It’s not a hotel. It’s a bootlegged Airbnb. 2. The lock was supposed to be attached to a sketchy park bench. It wasn’t there. We had to call a guy to get us into the apartment. It took him an hour. He told us not to talk to reception (they’re clearly running this business covertly). 3. One of the guys tried to come into our apartment at 11pm unannounced. He said “he heard we had problems”. We had told them of our issues in the morning. After knocking, he literally tried to open the door like the scene from The Shining: “Here’s Johnny!” 4. The shower was broken. We told them the issue and they said they’d send somebody. They NEVER came. We were there for two nights. 5. Their booking system was incredibly sketchy and attempted to have us pay an additional deposit. Do NOT book here. On Expedia it appears to be a legitimate hotel but it’s really just a sketchy Airbnb-type business ran by weird dudes who don’t know how to run a hospitality service (I.e. showing up in the dead of night trying to open an occupied room. Weird as hell - imagine being a single woman. Like something from a horror movie).
