I booked in here for 3 night's and ended up staying for 6 week's need i say anything more . This place is so clean and affordable and the staff are all so friendly happy help you in any questions about restaurant's and night life entertainment in the area. I was so looked after by management and checking in staff and the cleaning staff are fantastic so nice and friendly. Thankyou so much to everyone here at Bayswater Hotel this place made me feel very welcome and would highly recommend this Hotel 👍😻

We last minute booked this hotel. It had a good rating and good location. On arrival they told us we got an upgrade so we were very excited, but soon after, soooo disappointed. The room was extremely small. Opening the sheets of our bed, there was a black hair. The room didn’t feel fresh at all. Drip stains on the walls. The closet was very dirty. We only had 3 tiny windows at about 170cm height so couldn’t even look through it. The bathroom was about 60cm x 140cm which is also extremely small. It should be illegal to rent out rooms like these. At night we literally hear animals eat out of the garbage in the street behind us. Thank god we had airconditioning. Staff is friendly; they say hi when you pass them. Location is great!! I do NOT recommend this place. Ignore the good ratings people give! Must be payed reviews or something. This is a very very disappointing hotel.

The hotels location was great - nice and close to great food and public transport. Unfortunately the room we were placed in was on the 4th floor and the elevator was out of order. Upon entering our room we were hit with an overpowering smell of mold, the room was A LOT smaller than advertised, there were multiple cockroaches present and we couldn’t seem to get the wifi working. We sucked it up and complained the next morning - the staff were helpful and arranged for us to be moved to the ground floor and put us in a bigger room which was appreciated. The new room had just been cleaned so smelt like bleach, which was better than mold, however after returning to the room later that day the bleach smell had subsided and it smelt like mold as well. Determined to figure out why it smelt we eventually found mildew growing on the back of the blinds. There were stains on the sheets in this room and a cockroach in the fridge. Nothing against the staff - they were accommodating but I wouldn’t rate the hotel itself as 4 star, I’d give it a 3 at best based on our experience.
