I was incredibly pleased with my stay at this hotel, and they definitely exceeded my expectations! Great location (yes, there are homeless people, but it is Downtown), easy walking distance to public transportation, rental car center, restaurants and sights. They gave me a room on the top floor with a phenomenal view. Had the best sleep ever, everything was perfect. Very accomodating and the entire staff was extremely helpful! Only downside was that they don't offer breakfast. Would definitely pick this place again the next time I visit Seattle!

We don’t have anything additional to add to all of the other reviews - but it really was a fantastic place to stay! It was close to walk around, so many delicious food spots close by, and the bed was a dream at the end of each day (especially as Seattle was so walkable!) The staff were always welcoming and helpful and we loved our stay. If we are ever able to be in Seattle again, we would absolutely stay in Belltown and specially, at the Belltown Inn.

Amazing and affordable place to stay. Easy walking distance to a good majority of the tourist destinations. Rooms are clean and staff is very friendly. My only complaint is there only being 1 lock on the door in the room. I never felt the need for another during my stay, but as a solo female traveller it’s more for peace of mind.

This hotel was wonderful! The staff was extremely friendly, professional, and helpful. Sansom was working the front desk when we arrived after a long flight and he was very welcoming. Room service was great and we felt comfortable the entire stay. The rooftop was well maintained and definitely my favorite thing about this hotel. Saw the best sunrise there! As, you’ve seen in previous comments there are homeless people near the property. We never felt unsafe as they kept to themselves. I highly recommend staying with Belltown Inn. Thank you Belltown Inn for a very memorable first visit in Seattle!

Staff were very friendly, bed was very comfortable. Walking distance to pike market, climate pledge arena, pioneer square, and even lumen field (though a little further). Great transit access, easy to get to from the airport on the LRT, and great value considering the location and other hotels in the area. It’s not a 5 star hotel by any stretch but it’s clean, and service & location are excellent.
