We stayed for 2 weeks at this wonderful small hotel. The staff are fantastic, welcoming, and friendly which made our stay even better. The location was great for us since we could either walk or songthaeu wherever we wanted to go. There was some noise during the day from construction across the street, and from traffic in the area. Neither caused us any problem. Everything was very clean, the bed was very comfortable, the breakfasts tasty and made to order. Put all that together with the kindest staff and this is a great place to stay.

This place is POSH. We loved it. We would have stayed all week but they were all booked up. The room was so clean and just great in every way. The bathroom shower was hot and everything worked perfectly. The bed and pillows were so incredibly comfortable, probably had the best nights sleep of the entire trip. There are beautiful antiques and original works of art throughout the hotel, as well as a coffee shop and gallery. The restaurant served us a beautiful breakfast and our lunch was excellent and also very affordable. Most of all, the staff were just amazing. The woman at the front desk was so good at delivering excellent customer service, we loved her. And it’s close to everything, we just walked across the bridge and right into the old city in under 20 minutes.

Amazing staff! Very friendly. Rooms are very spacious! Breakfast is good! Very nice presentation. Should be a 4 star only due to missing elevator! Luckily, I'm still young. But just thinking of elderly and wheelchair guests.

The rooms are beautiful, the staff are friendly and polite, our 4 years old daughter loved them so much she cried when we were leaving. We stayed at the Presidential suite, the room has 2 toilets, a big soft bed and a sofa (made into a sofa bed for us). For guests with babies and young children - note that the hotel doesn't have an elevator and does not provide a cot (our 6 months old baby slept in the bed with us), other than that we really enjoyed our experience there.
