My hotel stay has been exceptional. The staff were super friendly and understanding. My studio suite was very big and I did not expected a kitchen with it. Moreover, the hotel room was very clean and you will be getting a desk with desktop and printer as well. Customer satisfaction was on point. Breakfast was also fantastic even though I am vegetarian I was satisfied. And I cannot even tell enough about the perfect location of this hotel. All in all, it's value for your money. I will be staying again at this hotel when I will be coming back to Ottawa.

Really loved our stay here! The hotel staff were great. Super friendly and helpful. The rooms were lovely, great size and very clean. The rest of the hotel was nicely decorated and very clean throughout. Location could not have been better! Everything we wanted was right within walking distance, with lots of hotels, stores, monuments, and attractions nearby. Will stay here again!

Staff is excellent. Rooms are a bit dated but comfortable and clean. I didn’t know I had a kitchen until day 2, as it was in a dark corner. Otherwise overall great, my only complaint was being woken up early when I was planning to sleep in, at 8am. I was jet lagged and didn’t appreciate the loud talking and construction happening, but I let the desk know. I didn’t realize they were working on my floor otherwise I would have flagged with the staff the day before. I know the area well and appreciated being close to everything. Cleanliness was top notch.

The hotel was under renovations so the lobby area was a bit of a disaster but a great place to stay, especially if you are there for a while. Full kitchen, free laundry service, modest breakfast included, well equipped rooms, comfortable beds. Many positives. Some reviews grumble about parking. There isn't much available underground and it is tight. If indoor and outdoor are full you can park nearby. The hotel doesn't charge you for parking, reimburses out of pocket costs and gives you a discount on the room. Pretty hard to complain.
