What a pleasant surprise this hotel is. We rented 3 rooms for a Christmas party at the Conference Room and we were all impressed. Parking is underground, nice bright lobby with free hot beverages. Rooms are big, bright, modern, and clean with a kitchenette. Easy access tunnel to the Conference Centre. Wouldn't hesitate to go back.

We've been staying in different Ottawa hotels for the past 5 years, maybe a dozen or so different places. This one to us was the best bang for your buck. The rooms are very big and very clean. I really can't say anything negative about the place. It was a snowy evening when we arrived, so we were very glad to be able to park underground, with no extra charge for parking. While the hotel is not within walking distance to downtown touristy places, it's very convenient for the highway. We'll definitely be back.

An older hotel but very well renovated! The gym was very nice with updated equipment. Room was spacious and modern. Really liked that there was an in-room microwave, fridge and sink. Bottled water in the room would have been nice. Service from staff was great and the text messaging service was also a nice touch.
