The receptionist allows herself the luxury of entering my room without caring if I am naked, with the intention that she does so whether it is justifiable or not. invading my privacy and the rules that the law establishes. I have also recorded her entering and opening my door twice because she felt like it. believing that she can humiliate people like that for being a worker and in my case, since I am a tourist, she takes advantage of any detail that I in private makes me throw out of the hotel and keep the deposit they ask for when checking in and the entire reservation . scammer In addition, she throws me out on the street having an anxiety attack, being aware of my state of mental health and being sufficiently dependent on her decisions with the sole purpose... to keep the money and so on!

Absolutely awful value for money. Rooms were like cubicles, I was kept up all night just from the next room talking. Breakfast was terrible, stale croissants, cheap meats. DO NOT STAY HERE. Very poor value, more hostel standard, than hotel.

I stayed in a few hotels in Amsterdam and the Concert Hotel offers the best price/quality ratio. For a fair price, you can stay in a central location with elegant modern rooms. The bed is very comfortable and the staff friendly Next time I go to Amsterdam, I’ll book again at the Concert hotel.

A great location close to museums, transport, places to eat and of course, the concert hall. Also fairly close to the old Amsterdam. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was very clean and comfortable, I had asked to be on the garden side so no traffic noise. There was a little noise from one or two guests, insulation isn't the best, but it was brief. Some reviews complained about the size of the rooms, but it's Amsterdam! Not LA... The beds were very comfortable, great pillows too. A good choice for us.

I worked there almost 2 years ago and they stole money from the staff during corona time. The employer finally admitted that I was right. Now a few weeks ago I requested my pay slips via email and they ignored my 1st email and also my 2nd email. But that doesn't matter because I have already contacted the labor inspectorate and the FNV. Because I am entitled to my pay slips, which can only be obtained via an app managed by the employer. And since they blocked me immediately after I left, I can no longer get the pay slips to which I am legally entitled!! They stole 1000 euros from the staff. They have received wage support from the government based on the contract hours and the employer only paid out for hours worked that were not legally allowed. What they also do is send the night reception on a cigarette hunt to extort money from the guests. All these reactions about smoking/unjustified smoking and paying are 100% correct!!!! Furthermore, there is simply an illegal cleaning company also employed there, probably with people whose passports are also incorrect. With all this said don't book a room there. Everything is cleaned with a dirty towel used by a guest. But really everything, desk, coffee set, tables and the bathroom. They will hear from me again via the fnv!!!
