What a great place to stay. Welcoming and ‘cosy’ as in the title. The hotel is set away from the main street via an alley which makes it very quiet and breakfast is on the top floor with a wonderful view overlooking the old quarter of Hanoi. The breakfast was amazing and kitchen staff very friendly. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Tracy and John were so helpful, booking tours and even helping me with topping up Vietnamese phone credit. I would stay again.

I really liked this hotel, which is a little bit hidden at the end of a narrow street between 2 buildings. It is however very centered and quiet! The receptionists « Tracy » and the manager (I don’t know his name unfortunately) were very helpful and nice people. The room was pretty, clean and the bed comfortable. I just wish the shade on the upper windows was not falling off so it would be darker at night. The breakfast was tasty and included in the price. They let me leave my luggage for free, which is very appreciated. Highly recommended.

Good price quality hotel, with very helpful staff, including Tracy at the front desk. Only pointer is the hallways are sometimes a little noisy and there is no curtain blocking the window from outside in the bathroom, not making the room 100% blackout. But nice included breakfast and staff. They also organised a good food tour for me and I was able to transfer them the money through wise for the room :)

I absolutely loved staying at this place. From the moment I checked in, Tracy was super kind. The room is small but perfect for what I needed. The bathroom is also small but very functional. The beds are the most comfortable I’ve experienced in Vietnam (there’s also a proper blanket!!!). Location is perfect- central but quiet. Air conditioning makes the room very comfortable. Every time I came back into the hotel, John was very hospitable and asked if I needed help. Wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again.

Possibly the most underwhelming stay in our two weeks in Vietnam. Had paid extra to check-in early but even then due to a miscommunication between the management we had to wait an hour to get into our room. We'd told them we were sick and needed to rest but those people couldn't care less. The guy at the reception was pretty useless. Even the ammenities were disgusting, refer to images. There are better hotels, please choose wisely. The rooms also are super cramped and no ventilation. Would not recommend.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
