Nice and comfortable room. Good for early flight from KLIA. Bathroom drainage could be clogged, thus have a strong smell that reduced after the exhaust fan was turned on for at least 30 minutes. Close to many restaurants and shops. Very convenient.

As previous customer feed back....the room is not clean, pillow is stained, smelly, towel is old and poor, got little crockcoach, toilet door lock is spoilt, water heater handle is broken, basin is clogged. Im stay at room 301. The owner reply ealier this is not normal but i had the same experience after few months from the previous customer feed back. Seems like the owner need to look seriously into this matter.

It was a budget hotel, so we were not expecting anything fancy. After all, we were just going to be there for a few hours for our early flight tomorrow. Got the family room. Was very impressed at the room when we got in. Two big king size beds. Woohoo, that would be great for our family of 4. Plenty of space for luggage and a little more for us to walk around. Bathroom was big too. Not those tiny ones where you have to squeeze in, do your business quickly and get out. No shampoo and body wash but no problem, we brought our own. Bright, clean, modern set up. All good. But the good things stop there. In our few hours in this place, I killed a cockroach that was crawling on my luggage. As we were about to sleep, we found that our pillow cases were dirty. One had blood stains, another ripped and another had light stains. Went to the receptionist to have it changed but no no, housekeeping only comes in the morning, there was nothing they could do. Fine, without a choice, we turned the pillows to the other side and still slept in them. Just less than 4 hours of sleep and we were getting out of there. In that 4 hours that we tried to sleep, 3 families decided to check in, one after another, lingering in the corridor chatting and laughing too loud. Now, we all know that the walls are thin, but maybe, just maybe, the receptionist could warn guests who checked in after quiet time to keep it quiet and to not linger in the corridor. That wouldn't be too hard would it?
