At close to $2000 a night suite, you would expect to have great service right? Forget that, you’re just another guest that is getting bad service asking 4 times for a cocktail at a crowded, littered, noisy pool deck with what seems to be a overpriced below average pool menu that all the “look at my rolex” type guests order cheap vodka bottles for premium prices. The atmosphere is very far from finesse or quiet or tasteful luxury let’s just say that. Check in process was soul less and was comparable to ordering food at a fast food restaurant (communication and vibe wise). Room is high quality and cozy. Breakfast was good. Location is central and great.

My daughter, and I just returned from the most pleasurable stay at this magnificent hotel. We stood in a Grand City Horizon room which included access to the Horizon Lounge on the 22nd floor. The lounge was so beautiful with magnificent views, and delicious food & drinks all day. The breakfasts, and the breakfast room were like being at the most elegant affair everyday. The food was amazing as well as the choices, and displays. The pool area, and views from the pool area were breathtaking. I highly recommend this hotel, and can’t wait to go back again!

We are just returning from the amazing David Kempinski. This is hands down the best and most luxurious hotel we've stayed at. The service, room, food- all was great and on the highest level. The hotel is clean and beautiful and has a great atmosphere. Spa is incredible as well! We had 2 great treatments. It is also in the best location in Tel Aviv, on the beach and walking distance from many main places and resteraunts. We highly recommend and we will for sure return. Can't wait!

In summary, the hotel's placement was superb, and our room, boasting a sea view, was quite pleasing. Given that our rate was $900 per night, we naturally anticipated exceptional service. However, we were caught off guard when we encountered mediocre service, particularly concerning the breakfast. Our overall impression was that the impressive room and location were under the care of a team lacking in professionalism. Unless we receive news about a change in the hotel's management, we're not inclined to return. In comparison, we previously stayed at the Setai hotel, which charges $200 less per night, yet delivered service that went above and beyond our expectations.

I’m recently had the pleasure of staying at the Kempinski Hotel in Tel-Aviv and I must say that it was the most unforgettable experience I could ever have!! As soon as I stepped into this beautiful beach side hotel, all aspects of my stay were impeccable to say the least! The food was delicate and delicious at every restaurant, especially the Sereia Restaurant, with a sophisticated menu and delightful deserts! Even if you don’t get the pleasure of staying at the Kempinski, please go to the restaurant for lunch or dinner! They truly put so much effort in the details giving an inviting and elegant feel to the experience! The rooms were gorgeous and slept like a baby! I was in heaven the entire time! What set apart this hotel from all other hotels was the exceptional staff that fully welcomed me and made me feel comfortable and were greatly hospitable! I felt that each and every person, from the bellboy to the executive assistant manager, who was truly a delight! I will be recommending this hotel to everyone I know and beyond and look forward to staying there again!
