With early booking we scored this place for £55 a night, we only stayed one night but felt this was great value for London. The apartments are a stones throw away from Hyde Park and right near the underground so location is great. The room was a decent size, really clean, plenty of storage and had a little kitchenette. WiFi works perfectly. The only con I had personally was the external bathroom was the other side of the floor so glad I didn’t run into anyone in my towel. The staff were really friendly and helpful. I would recommend this place and stay again for a short visit.

I don't really agree with the many very negative reviews. Sure the rooms are tiny (I was in No. 9), but this is London, where space is at a premium, and also much more expensive hotels have small rooms. Make sure to notify the place in advance about your arrival, and you may find like me that getting your key is not an issue. Sure there are some odd details - I found it funny that in my apartment for one there was exactly one knife, one fork, one spoon and one coat hanger, and the standard is not superb. On the other hand I was very happy to find an iron and ironing board. The main reason for my limited score is that the draft was pretty strong, and with the heating turned off in early February, it was pretty cold in the room. Worth retuning though for the price and excellent location.

The location is GREAT! The studio I stayed at was a little old but convenient for a business trip. The main issue was some garbage left behind my window by who-knows-who. It stanked and pigeons kept coming. In result, I couldn't open my window once during my stay and it kind of ruined the view. I sent two emails to the email address provided by The Dome Apartments Hyde Park but never got any answer.

Pictures are much better than reality. Decor is shabby, and room was dirty: the bed was ok, but the toilet smelled bad, and the floor was gross. After complaining with the reception, they were very apologetic and promised the floor would be cleaned the day after, which didn't happen (because it was still dirty, with the same dead insect in the middle of the room as the day before). Super-noisy aspiration/piping system, would drone on and on. Also, on Sunday the reception was closed - nowhere does it say that and at no time did they inform us about it. Called the phone numbers for emergencies, nobody picked up, we had to store the luggage at the train station (had to pay 25 pounds for that, thank you very much).
