This place is a joke. We booked the room with "garden view". Of course the garden does not exist, but there is semi green tree branch and a lot of derelict buildings. Access leads through dish washing area, where is dirty, damp and busy. Room is very cold(in the winter), as the window is not tight. There is a hole in the wall covered with poster, sic! Horrible music plays very loud all night until 3 am. WiFi doesn't work. The host doesn't speak English. The towels are torn into pieces. They do not change your towels or empty the bins or other basic room service. The bespoke staircase is an art in itself. And many more surprises to find...

This restaurant is located in a strange alley. We couldn't find it at first. One of the exits of the alley passage is for a hot business. At one or two o'clock in the middle of the night, you can still hear metal utensils, clanging sounds, and voices in the room. There were a lot of stains, and the bathroom was shabby. Within two minutes of taking a shower, the hot water suddenly turned from cold to cold. Isn’t it too ridiculous that it’s winter? There was a person in the bathroom who didn't know whether it was shampoo or shower gel. It didn't say anything at all, and it seemed that I didn't dare to use it at all. The bath towels provided also felt gray and dirty. It was really a very bad night. I went to tell them about the water problem but I couldn't understand English. I called people I knew to pick me up and it took me one call after another before they understood what I wanted to say. Isn't it basic to speak English when traveling in a hotel? Please don’t be the next to be deceived by this kind of garbage-like accommodation. It’s selling for NT$612, which is really shocking. I will never book this accommodation again! It was really a terrible experience I have never had in my travel. The room was full of stains on anywhere like towls , quilt and floor, etc. As speaking of the bathroom, it was spartan and undecorated .While I was talking a shower,less than 2 minutes the water started turning to cold,what's the hell there were doing in WINTER? I was so mad to find the staff,however he can't speak English! Since the hotel was located in an alley,one of the extrance was doing the food business,I got disturbed even at 2 a.m.,you can still hear pan,wok,pot and spatula noisy.
