We've stayed here twice and love it! The customer service is always great. The rooms are clean and spacious, and the other guests are normally quiet and respectful. The view is breathtaking, and the hotel grounds are beautiful and well maintained. The only thing that would make it better would be a game room with a pool table, shuffle board, etc. for those winter nights when everything closes early and it's too cold to be out. Overall, it's a great hotel and we'd highly recommend it.

We haven’t even finished our stay here at The Estes Park Resort, but we wanted to give a shout out to the exceptional service we’ve received so far! Maximillian at the front desk greeted us upon arrival, he was very hospitable, and assisted us with extra towels and a fan! (So appreciated!). His upbeat attitude and customer-first mentality was delightful after a long day of travel. We visited DunRaven for some cocktails and appetizers after our hike and had excellent service from Ben. He makes a mean old fashioned, and was very attentive to refilling our waters and offering friendly conversation. Ben created a very comfortable, enjoyable atmosphere for us to enjoy our time at the bar. Also-if you visit during lunch or happy hour.. the cheese curds are scrumptious! So far we have thoroughly enjoyed our visit to Estes Park, and the Estes Park Resort and plan to return in the future!

This resort is beautiful inside and out. The rooms are comfortable and the view is beyond amazing!!!!! The customer service is superb. We had room service delivered from the restaurant here in the hotel and the food was STUPENDOUS. We ordered the chicken pesto and lasagna, would definitely recommend. There is a laundry on site, a gym, a spa, bar and restaurant of course. At night they have fire pits going so you can lounge around and roast marshmallows. There is a walking trail that goes around Lake Estes that is easily accessible from the hotel. Absolutely loved our stay here and would definitely be staying here again!!!!!
