Had roaches in the room, big ones. And the lady staff who worked at night is particularly rude, her attitude was the worst experience in this visit. I needed assistance from her and asked her that if she is busy and I can ask her something. She replied kinda with an eye roll. This is just an example of our uncomfortable experience with her. Aside from the roaches and the lady staff’s terrible attitude. The stay was overall pleasant, mostly because of its location. The neighborhood has great vibes, cheap and clean street food.

During my stay at this hotel, I encountered a few issues that affected my overall experience. Firstly, one of the night shift staff members, who appeared to be older, did not have good English language skills, which made communication difficult. Additionally, this staff member had a negative attitude towards guests, which was disappointing. Later, I contacted the manager of the hotel, and he was willing to change the room for us, which is worthy of appreciation. Another issue I encountered was with the air conditioning in the higher floors (especially the fifth floor) of the hotel. Despite adjusting the settings, the room remained warm and uncomfortable. This made it difficult to sleep at night. On a positive note, the hotel's location is relatively convenient for transportation, which is a plus. Despite the issues I experienced, I would recommend this hotel to others, as long as the staff members' language proficiency and attitude are improved, and the air conditioning issue is addressed.

a comfortable hotel to stay in, where there are 2 floors in 1 room, with a nice and minimalist industrial design. As soon as you leave the hotel, on the left and right of the hotel, it is close to a street food provider. We stayed for 3 days at this hotel and felt like we wanted to add another day because it is close to public transportation stations and minimarkets to meet our daily needs. Clean rooms and reasonable rates.

Night shift lobby service staff does not speak English. Poor service experience. Because there are bugs in the room and the air conditioner is not cold, I asked to change the room. But the night shift staff on duty told me to stop complaining about the heat and you will feel cool. This is ridiculous. At the end I asked to speak to the manager and thanked her for assisting me to switch to a room on the lower floor.
