Overall experience is good with clean room and spacious. Down side is where walkway and lift should have air conditioning. Only 4 lift is operating with such high density which causes slow operation under hot environment. Note that no in-room service if you want to enjoy inside the room. You had to go lobby if you use grab food. Gym facility and swimming pool should operate in 7am for those early birds.

The amenities in the room were excellent - we booked the Superior Room with two bedrooms for the added privacy. The room was big and spacious, with a TV that included HBO, sporting and news channels. Daily house keeping was also great. However, a warning to those using the gym and pools. There is constant paroling by security. They are very strict, and always on the watch. There is no privacy, and at times even feels intrusive when you just want some time to yourself. The pool is also almost always crowded. There were 4 security guards standing around just watching. I really did not enjoy it, and it was a shame given that the pool and gym were great features of the hotel. Hotel also charges a RM200 (cash) deposit which was expected. Along with a RM10/day tourist tax fee which we were not told about beforehand

We only stayed here one night. The shower was cold! This is meant to be a 5 star hotel, what more can I say. PS The view from the infinity pool is impressive and worth seeing for anyone staying here.

The Face Suites are an all-suite hotel concept that lets you experience luxury city living in Kuala Lumpur. The suite consists of one bedroom or two bedrooms with few categories to choose from (Superior, Deluxe, Premier and Grand Premier). I already admired the hotel just from the moment I entered the Face Suites. The lobby looks so modern equipped with beautiful chairs, sofas, TVs and bookshelves. Affordable price. Nice view.

Lousy services. No welcome greeting from the front office. The staff at the reception counter are not professional. The check-in process takes about an hour due to the long queue of guests wanting to check in. Only two reception counters are available for check-in. There are no solutions from hotel staff when they see the long queue. Some guests started raising their voices due to the long waiting time. Really bad! This is not a 5-star hotel. It's more like a service apartment. No towel is provided at the swimming pool. If you are a tourist and want to stay for more than 5 days, this service apartment is suitable for you because the rooms are spacious, clean, and affordable, and the breakfast is also good.
