We have all payed, then when we arrived there was no people inside and it was closed, nobody helped me. Horrible experience, never go to that place.

Before my trip I fractured my foot, the owner would not even entertain the idea of a partial refund, just took the money without a care, I didn't stay here, but I think this situation says a lot about what you could expect from them if you had a problem, I'd urge you to have a look at the negative reviews of people who did stay here. A lot of red flags in my opinion, defintley avoid.

I booked via Agoda. The description mentioned there is 24 hors front desk. When I arrived at 9.30 pm the hotel was locked and nobody answer the door. I had to look for another hotel that night. After communicating via Agoda's customer service, the hotel owner blamed us not specifying our arrival time earlier. In the end i didn't get any refund for this booking. If you want trouble for your holiday, I recommend this hotel.
