Nice, quiet, funky looking hotel. Rooms and all facilities are super clean and nice. I toughened the ac/heating unit was not working first, because I couldn’t hear it at all. It was working 100% after all. Nice little gym and couple saunas. Breakfast is well worth to add if it is not included in the price. Good quality, traditional Finnish breakfast. Couple things what I didn’t like. No coffee or tea in the room. I would think that should be standard. You can get them for extra fee tho. Also If you want/need bathrobe to go to sauna you have to pay extra for that. I have never seen that anywhere else. They should be free for request. Location is good. Outside of Helsinki, but close to all the services and public transportation to every where. I will return for sure

This is a lovely hotel - we had a very relaxing short stay before travelling from Vantaa airport. The surrounding area (Pasila) is quiet, not too much to do but very interesting from a cultural heritage perspective (industrial architecture, former warehouses) and is part of an ongoing urban development. The hotel staff are very kind and helpful, the sauna is spacious and hot, and breakfast was delicious. It would have been nice if espresso-based coffees were included in the breakfast price. Overall we had a great stay and I was sad we could not stay a bit longer.

Some of the rooms have noisy aircon. But the staff are really helpful if that is the case and just very good service!

I came to Folks for a small holiday in my own hometown. Absolutely loved it! Awesome modern room with super comfy bed. Both steam and Finnish saunas were great, especially after a session in the very clean and modern gym. I also used the shared kitchen a few times to make a coffee. Highly recommended! Just awesome! Will make another small holiday here for sure :)
