I don’t know why so many people gave this hotel a good review but here is the hotel review from a frequent world wide traveller. Maybe it is the price and location but the hotel is old, dark, and dingy. Located near a cross alleyway and tucked behind a bar. This place looked like a jail cell with cracked concrete walls with bed sheets that had holes in it. The room also had a damp smell that made my girlfriend and I dizzy. The lady in the front desk was understanding when I told her that we would not stay here even one night (we booked 3 nights via Agoda due to many great reviews) because of the conditions of the room and want a full refund due to fail advertisement. The manager “Mayple” needs a lesson on customer service and should be looked at by her boss. Agoda was accommodating in the cancellation process with full refund but Mayple insisted on charging us one night even though we did not stay any night. I told her I will write a bad review because of the experience if I don’t get my full refund and she said “go ahead!” I hope that one night was worth it Mayple because you just cost the hotel a lot more potential customers. Save yourself the money and trouble and book the Best Western Sukhumvit 20 that is also nearby. It is complete night and day.

Poor service. we got room without any windows. when we enter the room. bad smell is first thing came to my thought. can't believe we even got bad service from the staff even towel is also filthy. This hotel got best location but the others is the worse and the worse

Business traveler. Stayed 3 nights. A Boutique hotel with a large room. Old colonial decorations. Everything is working well. AC. Shower/tube. TV. Refrigerator. The light in the room is not very strong but ok. Clean place and comfy bed. Very well located. Nearby walking distance to MRT to airport. Or Asok BTS sky train to main downtown places. Nice staff too. A Very good deal. I will stay again.
