Unreturned Credit Card Balance Hi G Hotel Shenzhen Customer Service, I don't know where to reach out anymore since your number cannot be called and your wechat seems like ran by bot. I recently stayed at G Hotel Shenzhen. I am writing to inquire about a concern regarding the return of my credit card balance after checking out and canceling the deposit. I completed the checkout process on September 16th, around 10 am, and I was informed that the deposit taken at the time of check-in would be returned to the same credit card I used for payment. However, it has come to my attention that the deposit has not been refunded as of today's date. I would appreciate it if you could kindly assist me in clarifying the status of the refund and provide an update on when I can expect to see the balance back on my credit card. Additionally, if there are any required steps or further information needed from my end, please let me know so that I can promptly provide the necessary details. I look forward to your prompt response and appreciate your attention to this matter. Thank you for your assistance.

We had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. The room was spacious, high tech, clean and with a good view. The hotel has a great service too. We will definitely be back!

Location: The hotel is located near Yabao Subway Station, with convenient transportation. It takes about ten minutes to walk to the subway station. It would be better if a shuttle bus could be provided. The fountain at the entrance of the hotel is very eye-catching, and the hotel lobby is very gorgeous. The reception staff is not very cordial. Room: We were arranged on the 19th floor. The view from the room was very good. We could enjoy the green football field and mountain view, and we could also enjoy the night view of the city at night. The curtains in the room are electric, and other facilities are also high-tech. For example, the stereo has a Bluetooth connection function. You can connect your mobile phone to Bluetooth to play your favorite music, making the accommodation experience more complete. The bed is very large and comfortable. The mattress is moderately soft and hard, clean and tidy. The hotel is very considerate and provides a variety of different pillow choices, which makes the quality of sleep very good. Bathroom: The hotel's bathroom and toilet are separate, with large areas on both sides. The bathroom is equipped with a shower and rainshower, and the water pressure and temperature are very good. The shower products provided by the hotel are also very good. They smell great and make people feel very relaxed. The bathroom mirror is large and has lights that illuminate very clearly, making it easier for women to put on makeup. The bathroom also provides ample space for placing cosmetics, and the hair dryer is powerful enough to dry hair quickly. Great shower experience! Facilities: The hotel provides bags for dirty clothes, room slippers, etc. The hotel also provides free water, coffee, tea bags, etc. I particularly like the drip coffee bags they provide, which are very fragrant.
