Great place to stay. Staff always on hand if needed. Area is not the best for tourists, better for business, but suited my needs perfectly.

Clean, enough space , laundry machines( not noisy one!l and friendly kind services. There are many restaurants and cafe around and big park alovated near the hotel. (Causai park) We were very lucky because we could stay discounted affordable price.

It is a very nice hotel if you get the room with Windows and balcony. Staff is friendly and helpful. Location is ok, not close to old quarter. Close to a few museums though

I stayed 3 months here in an one bedroom one living room appartment since the opening of this property and was very happy with the place and service. The appartment is spacious and well designed. If you raise any concern - Mrs. Lan always responds quickly. She makes us feel like having a home away from home, especially during the lockdown period. I am for sure will return here when I am in Hanoi.
