4 pm checkin?? 10 AM checkout?? And they don’t tell to literally until your book! Do NOT ever stay at this place. There are many many options in Playa. This is the worse building to stay in (process-wise). It has good amenities, but you will hate your time to there. Wait until they change their policies. If you want to enjoy your vacation in Mexico, (and you’re with family and/or with your wife) book somewhere else!! Trust me.

Secure check in with door code. Our unit was fairly clean but areas could have been cleaner like the stove top for example and the carpet .We gound rocks in the carpet. There is a problem with keys.They provide 1 set and no keys for the bedroom door locks that all have button inside locks.They claim there are no spare keys to open the door if you accidentally lock yourself out. If this happens on the weekend when there is no concierge support Saturday afternoon and Sunday , you will be told to call a locksmith. No bar soap in the bathroom so pack your own. The showers are irratic some have lots of hot water others have little. One of the toilets did not flush. It was difficult to get them to send a maintenance man. There is a serious lack of cooking pots and pans with 1 small fry pan,1 large pot and 1 small pot. The beds are comfortable. No laundry facilities but there are laundromats close by. Location is great.Close to 5th but not very noisey. Great for families with 2 pools and close to the beach. Rules for towels' drinks,sunscreene and food at the pool keeps the area clean and safe. Noise restriction at 2200 and is sometimes ignored by occupants of other unit. Neighbours had weekend parties that went from 2 Am to 6 Am Concierge is quick to respond to emails but did not always resolves issues promptly.

Perfect location, spacious apartments, parking, great pools and lots of loungers, great gym. If you have a stroller or in a wheelchair it’s a bit hard to get in and out of the condominium as the only way is to exit through the garage. There are no way to enter the pool area with a wheelchair. Beware: The windows out to ave 1 is super thin and the restaurants outside blasts music throughout the night. It’s very noisy, might be better to get an apartment closer to the sea.

Huge place fantastic upper deck with jacuzzi facing the ocean. Also street side view from deck and two balcony’s. Close to everything. Very well kept pool area landscaping so well done. The greens keeper is best in class. Extremely friendly staff. Very safe very quiet except the old air conditioners humming through the night. Love Rivera Rentals. Great company great people very caring. A elevated experience overall.
