The room was small and old, but for me personally that doesn’t matter on a city trip of 3 nights. I loved the location. Was not too far from covent garden and Leicester square. I really liked the bed, it was comfy, I disliked the window, it was very thin and old. The first night there was a lot of noise and it woke me up at night. I hated the fact that there was wifi but it almost never worked. Would I recommend this place? For budget travellers yes, if you don’t care about having no wifi and little comfort. If you like a nice and comfortable hotel, you should look further.

You ought to be able to give 0 stars. Awful room. Steep, tight stairs down to a tiny cramped room with a view of a very close wall. Terrible smell from the drains in the bathroom and the bathroom door wouldn't close so we couldn't even shut the smell out. So bad we left after the first night and went to another hotel. Way WAY too expensive and really shouldn't be listed as a hotel. Dreadful.

Not that bad, Nicer than my house.. there were some mysterious stains, but the bed sheets were pretty clean. Highlights are definetly the cheese and crackers you can buy in any store nearby. Also the window is nice for cooling your feet. People have said stuff about a sewage smell, didn't have that in room 8. Bathroom incredibly tiny keep expectations low, wouldn't reccomend if you're looking for luxury or planning on staying more than a couple days.

To be frank, our room and the hotel were quite disgusting. There was mold growing all over our bathroom, exposed wires, loose carpet coming up from the floor, miscellaneous hair throughout the room, in addition to an overall environment filled with dust and grime. Additionally, there was a repugnant smell throughout the entire room emanating from the bathroom. Me and my traveling companion spent about 20 minutes in the room (we were looking for some other hotel to stay at) before leaving. I wouldn't recommend anyone stay here unless you are really hard up on money or just need a roof over your head. This place as absolutely disgusting.
