Had a brilliant time the room's are comfortable , clean and warm brilliant sleep. Staff are brilliant so welcoming and helpful. Restaurant staff very friendly and helpful food was nice breakfast was nice. The entertainment was great lots of things going on bingo , singers and music . The only thing is that the drinks are expensive I get things have gone up but If its possible people who are staying at the hotel maybe do discount drinks just a idea . But had a fantastic time we will be back. Xx

Fair prices on all alcohol and fizzy drinks. The staff were extremely friendly and really helpful alongside the hotel being up to standards and all rooms are fitted with en-suite bathrooms, tv & appliances.

Great 3 star Hotel. Old creaky building but that's what we woukd expect for Blackpool. Food was really good and service in the bar and dining room excellent. Great entertainment. Only negative is drinks are a bit expensive. 2 hotels joined together so although there is a lift to all floors, still have to use the stairs for 3rd floor so might be difficult for people with walking difficulties

Wonderful staff, Wonderful location, delicious food and a lovely atmosphere. However, the decor is rather dated the rooms are a little on the small side and things like blown double glazing keep me from giving a higher score, but very good value nonetheless. It is a shame that there are derelict hotels nearby that lower the tone of the area but I appreciate that there is nothing that this hotel can do about that. I will use this hotel again when visiting Blackpool.
