I have spent here 2 nights as a single person and was fully satisfied. The room was small, but fine for one person. It might be difficult as a couple. Especially because there's no space for luggage. The room was very clean and bed comfortable. Nice modern design. All staff, including reception, very friendly. The breakfast was okay. I'd expect more for 10€ on CZ, but can't really complain. In total fine for the price at the time before Christmas. Not suitable for longer stay and if you bring s lot of stuff with you. For short stop, perfect.

A three star hotel disguised as a four star hotel. The lobby was nice, and well decorated. The rooms were ultra-minimalist and looked like prison rooms built by Ikea. The largest rooms in the hotel were still very small. The room that I stayed in was almost entirely white, with not a touch of color. There is absolutely no service. You have to book a cleaner in advance, just to have your room cleaned. The rooms did not even have phones for you to call front desk. Location was decent, very close to the central train stations so you can quickly make your escape from this hotel.

Nice new hotel. I got in Prague a few hours before check in, I appreciate them accommodating me for an early check-in. The room is very clean, having a kettle, some coffee and tea, and a mini fridge made it perfect. Housekeeping staff does a fantastic job. Breakfast was good! As mentioned in some of the other reviews, soundproofing is a little lacking- I could hear my neighbor’s alarm clock. There wasn’t a luggage rack or ample space for suitcases in the room. Also, it would be nice if receptionists are a bit more welcoming.

Excellent location, friendly service and a unique set up! The building used to be a bank and you could tell from the layout. The breakfast buffet is good but it's location is even better; it's in the main vault of the bank! Walking distance to Old Town and all of the most popular sites! There are also plentiful restaurants in the area, as well as small shops and parks. 👍👍

Worst check-in experience in my life. After looking at the photos provided by the hotel, I booked a room that was clearly indicated as having a window, but on the day of check-in, I was assigned a small dark room like an attic, with only a small piece of skylight in the roof, a type of room that you cannot see anywhere online. I immediately went back to the front desk and asked if I could change to a room with a window, and the front desk just said no, that it was all booked up. I said that this was not the same room I had booked, and the receptionist started impatiently checking her computer for almost ten minutes without any communication, and then she threw me a room card. I opened the door to my room to see the view of the attached picture. At this point I thought I had been given the wrong room card and went down to show her the picture to ask if she made a mistake, to which she responded with "Didn't I tell you we were full?". And didn’t deny that she actually gave me this room on purpose. Finally after an hour I was able to get another room with a small window. At this point, I checked online to see that I could still book various types of rooms for that night. How is that possible if it was really fully booked? When I saw the second room I wanted to apply for a refund and just leave, but the hotel just didn't agree, didn't try to communicate, impossible to talk to the manager, and I didn't get even a word of apology. The room was also very small and unclean. There wasn’t even enough space in the bathroom to hang a toiletry bag. The location is not particularly good, and for the price you could go to some other, much better, hotels. I can’t say anything more than to stay away from there. I hope that my experience will at least be a warning to potential future customers.
