We stayed one night in one of their junior suites. The hotel looks nothing like the pictures; it's a total letdown. On top of that, they charge 100 Baht for an extra key card. While they offer two complimentary water bottles a day, any additional ones cost a whopping 40 Baht each for a small bottle. When we returned to the hotel after dinner, the lobby reeked of chemicals from the mosquito repellent they'd sprayed. As a pregnant woman, walking into that with my husband had us coughing like crazy. The security and the receptionist were standing in front of the hotel due to the aggressive product and didn’t bother to tell us. Don't even get me started on the room – it's stuck in a time warp, outdated and old-fashioned. The air conditioner did not have a remote control. Bathroom? Old and Moldy. To add insult to injury, their WiFi wasn't even working in our room. The curtains don't effectively block the light. You wake up early in the morning when the sun rises, and the street outside is too noisy. So, you can't really relax in this hotel. The breakfast was frustrating and not even worth setting the alarm for. The staff is very friendly like everywhere in Thailand :)

Stayed at this hotel for two nights. Decorations were dated back to 1980 and stayed the same until 2024. Room size was big but furnitures were old and outdated. Bathroom’s wall was not pleasant looking and bathtub was cracking. Faucets were half broken. Breakfast was so so. Staff was friendly and helpful. Great location.

A bit old, but ok, clean, and friendly staff. Skipped breakfast here to 250 baht per person, after reading other peoples reviews. I rarely like hotel breakfast anyway, so I didn't want to try. But I think it should be included in the price, it's high enough for this place! We found some restaurant nearby with good food for half the price for both of us. People smoking weed on the rooftop all the time is annoying. And my wife told me the gym is not working... Any machine.. Internet is outdated with a login system that does not work. The login info is on the key card, after you connect to the wifi, you have to log in to their system. And when the network is NOT congested, you can try to log in. No success for me... But if you need to be in this area... It's ok😊 We found out that we don't like Bangkok, and we will only come back if we have to.
