Value for money the hotel is very good and for a one night stay trip was Fair. Having said that, the details are a miss, and you get what you paid for. Check-in experience was not friendly, neither fast. The rooms are good and spacious. Best of the hotel. I take out a star as you can hear the noise from the other rooms and the 6.30am prayers from the street. Breakfast is of average quality but extensive. The coffee is terrible. Clean and spacious. Besides the breakfast I didn't try the restaurant. Can't comment.

Hotel was nice and tidied up for first day we arrived. Toiletries wasn’t fresh because toilet paper roll was very small and we run out of it in first night. Thought not big deal will get replaced next day with room service. Little bottles of shampoo’s were full but shower gel 2 bottles were full but another 2 less than half empty. No big deal l thought will be replaced. Next morning we left hotel for all day and l left room service note on handle. Came back to refresh after long time in heat and sun ,around 3 pm and to my surprise nothing changed. Went out around 4 pm and came back 7 pm and nothing changed. No toiletries, no toilet paper but thanks God we stayed only 2 nights. Guys on reception where very helpful with checking in and out and sorting taxi. I wouldn’t say 5 stars hotel, l would rate 3 stars. My bed on left is how l received it in first time we arrived . I even wasn’t using it and looked very creased up covers. Dust was on the light fixtures on the mirror by the table.

AVOID! this hotel is far from a 5 star hotel. Rooms, shower, bed sheets, the floor.. from bottom to top everything is dirty. They change the sheets and even the fresh ones are full of marks. I would never ever bring my family or kids to this hotel. They made our stay miserable. Reception is a joke. Long queues and they never pick up the calls from rooms. You need to chase staff to ask for simple things that needed to be supplied like toilet papers, water, towels etc. Please stay away if you don't want to ruin your holiday. Just stay in any hotel but not this. The complaint will be made to tourism deputy.

During our stay at this hotel, we faced some challenges right from the start due to a car crash. Although a friend had made a reservation, the staff at the initially denied it, which led to a lengthy check-in process. Moreover, we had to carry our luggage and bags to the room ourselves. The cleanliness of the room was disappointing, with dirty towels and used cotton swabs left in a cup. Additionally, the food didn't meet our expectations. On a positive note, the view was quite impressive and the room had lots of storage. However, considering the overall experience, I don't believe this hotel lives up to its 5-star rating!
