Beautiful place. We were welcomed by Steven. Who is the absolute gem of a host. He gave our group a remote for the gate so we were free to go and come during out stay. On our second day/ night we had to deal with a lady, whose people skills were sorely lacking. When all 8 rooms are full 2 staff is inadequate for the services. Generally, in my experience, on BnBs the owners tend to come and greet the guests, we did not have the pleasure of meeting the owners here.

Lovely Guest house, it is very spacious and your room has it's own outdoor area for smoking, would definitely go back when visiting Knysna

I went there with my siblings. The place was amazing and clean. We went there the same weekend as the son-in-law (or son) was there with his friends, they went over and above to make sure that we comfortable at all times. The male stuff member that was the receptionist was also welcoming to us. HOWEVER the lady that was working on our weekend was horrible to say the least. She was so unpleasant and was not helpful at all. She didn’t want us to do anything that regarded to the facilities. She made the whole experience horrible. (I would have rated it a 5 if it wasn’t for that lady because everything else was amazing)
