Never book this hotel!! I had some troubles on my way to Istanbul by car from europe. So I was late and then called them and told them about the situation. They woudn't give me a another day, but offered me some kind of discount if I will choose them another day. They just took the money from the card. SO RUDE! SO UNPROFESSIONAL!! what is that kind of service? They could at least say that they would like to offer me a another day. 0 stars. Hope you guys enjoyed the small amount of money.. take it with u to the grave

The rating overall I saw before coming didn't meet my expectations. The breakfast is pre-cut dish with few slices and no multiple choices

Wonderful place to stay in transit or even when you want to visit Istanbul. Very clean, perfect maintained, the staff very friendly and the position close to one Metro station make this hotel a 5 star pit stop, despite it's 4star classification. Being in Asian part of this huge city, the place it is not so crowded like one in European part, where finding a parking place can be the challenge of your journey/year/life. Overall, only good words about this hotel.

As per the hotel, it was a fabulous place to stay. However, the disappointment came when my Apple Airpods went missing. Despite all the evidence I had provided, the manager was super rude, unwilling to talk to his staff or engage in a direct conversation with me. He has just lost a customer. UPDATE: in the Find My app on my iPhone, an AirPods name popped up and it was the room cleaner’s name EZIZ whom I had initially suspected back in 2019. He is a thief and should be immediately fired.
