Rooms 904 design is very good.. But my bed got blood stain… too lazy to ask them for bedsheet change since it was at the corner… They spray the room with a lot of fragrance… After the fragrance smell is gone. The Rooms doesn’t smell bad just neutral.. which is good No toothbrush given Water pressure is ok… not to good.. Internet quite slow.. using phone data most of the time…. 7E is so near 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻 500 baht as cash deposit . Maybe can use card idk The bed was so hard !!!!!! Almost feels like sleeping on the floor…. Got laundry at the front of the hotel.. 10kg cost 20 baht. And need to buy detergent at 7E.

nice ambiance from the outside .. room ok, but for a supposedly three star hotel not to have toothbrushes for the guests is strange .. breakfast could be better! You feel like you're in a canteen, fried eggs and scrambled eggs already cold, the orange juice is just a disgustingly sweet syrup, otherwise the employees' children play at the buffet or run around between the eating guests 🙄

The staff and room were nice and convenient. There is a good sized fridge and a belcony with the room but not microwave. Its the best choice if you are going to stay for a long time.

Overall an OK experience for the money. The girls at reception were helpful & friendly, that’s the good! Be warned, there are lots of rules plastered everywhere. I wonder what clientele they attract. It’s not in a great area unless that’s where you need to be (as was the case for me). The rooms are a decent size, a bit lifeless tho, the usual hard beds which needed new linen. The lift was tiresome being on the 9th floor. Seemed to always have cleaning staff in it.
