The Hubi Hotel

The hotel's location is unfavorable, surrounded by noisy car garages for maintenance, and accessing the bus line involves walking on a steep 120-degree road. While the team is generally good, there was an issue with one staff member, a girl, who spoke nervously and engaged in conflicts with guests upon our arrival. Another negative experience occurred when I requested an extra night due to a flight delay. I had emailed the manager in advance, received confirmation with the amount to be paid on arrival, but upon reaching the hotel, nobody was aware of the arrangement. The manager claimed to be fully booked and unhelpful, suggesting assistance only if someone else canceled. No further communication on the matter followed. Opting for another hotel, I inquired about a late check-out, and the same nervous girl demanded 15 Euros for a 2-hour extension, despite numerous cancellations visible on booking platforms. Considering the unfavorable location, inconsistent communication, and poor treatment by some staff members, I do not recommend booking a room at this hotel.

4* hotel an actual representation of 4* hotel ! 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁥󠁮󠁧󠁿 we visited from London. Clean room and toilet. Enough space to use makeup and hair tools. Staff was very polite. 10-11 minutes for Osman Bey Metro station Uphill slightly longer walk for me then expected . Breakfast was not my thing as there was not much available. Tiny disappointment for breakfast for 4* hotel. But I am not huge fan of breakfast. Also air-con had an issue reception quickly worked on it and it was fixed.
