The rooms were TINY. Super tiny.. It was impossible to move around (and we only had one luggage). Tiniest bathroom I've ever seen. Location was ok, 10 min walk to metro which isn't bad - but nothing around. No shops, cafe's. Staff was helpful and kind. Rituals cosmetics in the bathroom - that's about it when it comes to positives. Luckily we only stayed for one night.

The room itself isn't too bad, our floors weren't swept though so dirt and dust got on our feet when we weren't wearing socks but besides that everything was clean. The bathroom sink is an abomination, I saw some other complaints about it and it's true it's so small you cannot wash your face without water spilling all over the floor. I put the hand soap in the reference pic so you could see just how wide it really is. The shower has no door it just has a drain on the floor, which I know is common in some countries but I found it pretty annoying to try and avoid getting water everywhere. The walls are very thin we could hear other guest's alarm clocks going off in the morning and could hear them talking as well. Laundry is also insanely overpriced, no one should have to pay for each individual piece of laundry to be washed. Oh also you don't get to control room temperature and breakfast is not included unless you pay. No fridge either only provides a kettle.

Decent hotel located in a great area. Please note that it doesn't offer room service, nor restaurant (besides breakfast). Other than that, the rooms are just right.

Attention: To take a dog with you the hotel charges 30€ extra! The hotel itself calls it dog friendly - but 30€ for no extra service is way to much. This is unbelievable expensive for no extra dog service - additional to the very high parking costs. The hotel explained that they do extra cleaning - but since we even brought our own dog bed I don’t know what extra cleaning needs to be done. Parking: We parked close the hotel and had to pay 30€/ day on top. Breakfast: If you like coffee to your breakfast and have a smooth start into the day I‘d recommend not to eat at the hotel. There is only one very slow coffee machine and you have to wait very long each time to grad a coffee. The bagels were very dry and the glasses for juice very tiny. Too bad since the hotel itself is very beautiful and the service people very friendly - but breakfast seems to be one point that has to be approved. Other guests next to us seemed very unpleased as well - I guess no one likes to start into the day standing in cues. Maybe it would help to put some filter coffee cans on a table with some milk. The rooms: Very tidy and beautiful designer interior - loved it! In the bathroom are Rituals products which I personally loved as well. The temperature has been a bit high - I personally have been ok with it but my partner likes it a bit cooler. We looked at another building right in front of the hotel - so the view didn‘t impress very much. The hotel is very central in the mid of Copenhagen with lots of interesting architecture and lots of good restaurants. But if you travel with a dog you have to walk a lot to reach some kind of „green space“ or park. Overall and since we always travel with our beloved dog I would chose another hotel next time as long as the high extra fee stays.

Centrally located in a quiet street close to the main Copenhagen tourist attractions and just next to the waterfront. Very helpful and attentive service both at the front desk and the restaurant. Housekeeping is extremely good. Our Rooms were small but very pleasant and adequate. The bath was very conveniently designed. The rooms facing in - didn't have much of a view but we didn't mind since we didn't spend too much time in the rooms. Buffet breakfast offered plenty at a reasonable price.
