The studio apartment was huge and its equipped with self catering equipment and a fridge. The room also has a big smart TV though its not subscribed to any service providers. My room had no soap or lotion, I had to go and request at the reception, the bathtub was also dirty/stained, need to be cleaned. The breakfast buffet was good and filling,.

Good day, STOP immediately before booking yourself in here and read on. This place is quite terrible. Cockroaches, nothing nice in the rooms. The place is full of students making noise (how is this a hotel if its a student house)? Cherry on top is you book with a breakfast and then they tell you its not included. Showing them the booking confirmation and the note that "breakfast is included" doesn't help. Terrible service, terrible rooms. Location is nice and near shops - guess that is what they are betting on...

This is the worst place I've ever being too. First of all the rooms are smelly and full of dust. Cockroaches were in the refrigerator and in apartment. The towels are yellow and hard. The lifts does not work. The reception lady was unhelpful. No emergeny light when there is load shedding. No amenities and the rusks biscuits are not in closed wrapping which is very unhygienic. When we came up from the basement parking we saw that the kitchen was down there and was very dirty. The place gave off a old run down hospital. The way the place is portrayed on the website is very deceiving because it definitely does not look that at all. I never stayed the night because It felt like I was in a slump. This place should downgraded to a 0 star.

- The rooms are very spacious and they are cleaned on a daily basis my only wish was that they would use an air freshener to dampen the smell of pine gel as it can be a bit harsh on the nose but regardless, it was alright and the kitchen is also well equipped with the necessary appliances for a longer stay. - the staff is very friendly & helpful - The wifi is a bit slow but works well with TV for Netflix & Prime Video. - Plus there is an emergency light which turns on automatically when the power cuts which comes quite handy at night. We really enjoyed our stay there plus it's a walking distance to Rosebank Mall which is very convenient, will most definitely be booking the place again.
