Plett local, I get my lunch atleast a few times a week here. I have loved your bagels. Todays service was terrible. I waited 30 minutes only to be told the kitchen forgot about my order. They said itll be 5 minutes it wasn't. I waited over 50 minutes for 2 bagels! I will never be back !

The worst restaurant experience ever had. Arrived and got offered to split our group over two tables on opposite sides of the restaurant. Open kitchen and I’ve never seen staff move more slowly and look more confused about what their jobs could possibly be. Manager shouting orders to the kitchen for the whole restaurant to listen to. 8 waiting staff for 10 tables and service was still -10/10. Some food was fine, but breakfasts were cold with soggy bread and the bacon was forgotten on a bacon cheese toastie (keeping in mind a cheese toastie isn’t even on the menu). To top it off, one of the girls gets to the bottom of her ice coffee to find a coin in her glass.

Thank you to the team at the Junction for a wonderful and pleasant stay. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The rooms are beautiful and well set up and the hotel itself in the middle of the main street is very conveniently situated with excellent places to enjoy literally next door. Thank you for a lovely stay...

Not impressed at all. Waited close to an hour for our food even though the restaurant wasnt busy and we only ordered two tapas and coffees. Walking past the kitchen, half the staff were on their phones and other half chatting loudly, nobody really seemed bothered. Quality of the food (chicken wings and prawns and a side of chips) absolutely terrible. This is the second time we’ve decided to try this place because i believe in giving places second chances but I won’t be returning.

Walking in to the restaurant, stood in the entrance for a bit, no one offered to show us a table, eventually I had to ask if I could sit. The service was fast but the waiter was extremely unfriendly. Just as we finished eating and were still drinking our ice coffee, the waiter came and sat at the table next to us and complained that his back was sore, shame, but thats not really something you say to a customer. Anyway he proceeded to show me the bill on Lightspeed on the ipad, bear in mind we had not even asked for the bill as we weren’t even finished. Never in my life have i been brought a bill in this manner, almost as if to tell us to leave. Extremely poor. Only good thing was the cheap bagel.
